They aren't launched yet.

These domains will exist, but they don't exist yet, nobody sells them.

wrong.
They "sell" them, but you need to have their plugin installed to actualy connect to your site, since 99,999% of internet users don't have it, such domain is worthless.
Also, when ICANN introduces those domains you will lose them at new.net
