Domain name extension for a warez blog

Hi, when starting a warez movie streaming website, its better to start with a .com domain extension or directly with a .to (popular for German warez sites) or similar extension. I have seen some warez sites they are using com extension and still running, but some sites change their extension on a regular basis. Please give me your advice, thanks.

I usually see dot se and si nowadays, but of course dot com is still the best option as long as you can still use it.
