Does OVH FTP really work?

we had a cpanel backup on FTP Server : ftpback-rbx2-38.ovh.net

its in ovh dedicated server.But whenever we try to login with the login and pass it gives a 530 Login authentication failed error.

Tried resetting the password,but still no use.

any solution for this problem?

If you give wrong password it wont work.

are you putting the username in the correct form?

username might be username@domain.com, etc.

username given by them is

login:xxxxxx.kimsufi.com

just to make sure you do know this login is not the same as your root info?
