Of course, every domain has WHOIS. Registrant/Administration/Technical contacts will be displayed.

.in domains can't be registered on every domain registrar, but it can be registered on 101Domain.com , or any other International domain registrar.

Every domain get's whois...

But i believe you are asking about whois protection. I once registered a .in domain and i believe i had that option.

does anyone know why .in dont get whois protection??

Because It's not top level domain. Top level domains like .com , .net , .org , .info , .travel , and other non country related have the ability of private WHOIS.

None of the Country domains gets private WHOIS. Neither domain from my country has private WHOIS, in my country It's just to prevent fraudsters, and other people who would use it for illegal things. So it requires a lot of documentation, and everything in the WHOIS needs to be correct (especially address and phone number.) . But again, I'm not sure about other countries, e.g. .de domain, maybe it has private WHOIS, maybe it doesn't.
