does hotfile ban the ip or the server??

hi all, i wonder if hotfile bans the ip or the entire server, bcuz i have 2IPs on my server i switched to the other one and still it was banned

i wonder if i buy new ip (but on same server) will that do the work and be able to download from hf??

they simply banned your server ip

Na they bans the ips

You can just change your ip of the server and try using it again

PS: Almost all new ips are unbanned on HF

so why my other ip was banned to, i bought new domain and configured it on *.148 ip (which i never used) but still the test showed its banned??
