Does Fileserve still pay? Recommended Filesharing websites that pay?

I have recently began uploading files to Fileserve and posting my download links online. But I am unsure as to whether Fileserve still pays for every 1000 downloads of mine?

If they do not, what file sharing websites are recommended that pay?
With payout via Paypal?

I can't purchase a premium account on any of them now but what sites would still payout?
