do i need to pay for Payoneer account ?

hi i have a money to withdraw through payoneer but i have a question !!
do i need to pay for a confirmation like paypa or something ?
coz i ony used webmoney & payza & they r free no confirmation or paying needed !

There is no cost to sign up for Payoneer, and you don't pay any fees until you begin receiving payments. Once you've received a payment and it is loaded to your Payoneer card, you can use the card to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs worldwide.

ok but what if i want to send & receive money online from a payooner acc to another without a payooner card ? or is it obligatory to have one ?

Once you have funds available on your Payoneer account, you can either:

- Withdraw cash at ATMs or make purchases online/in stores with the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard card
- Withdraw to your local bank account
- Transfer to another Payoneer account holder

I think that Payonner charge some fees when you get money in it or when you use it in ATM or in transactions (when you send money from it)
