my roommate use a vcc to verify my pp account , after verifying , i remove the vcc in it and add in my own bank account , so do i still need to close this account and recreate a new account using my bank account to verify it , or can i still use this pp which are verifying from vcc , will pp limit it when i use it , there are some fund inside this pp now , does limited user ban permanent from pp , heard that pp delete everything six month after account is limited , is it true
