I mean, CSS, it is so annoying ,
Do I have to learn every tag of CSS and I wonder how much web masters know it completely,

I learned some nice stuff, but, for example "floating elements with each other with float, width , height , margin", I don't think I have to learn all of that, right?

I just started to work in Dreamweaver, so maybe the real question is how much I need to know in order to work in Dreamweaver?

I will appreciate any suggestion :D

If you're truly interested in web development I would suggest learning as much CSS as you can, it would never hurt.

Just think of it this way, HTML is the bread, CSS is the butter. Eventually PHP/jQuery is the jam/jelly/whatever you prefer when it comes to toast.

Also the nice thing is you can see your CSS implementation in Dreamweaver instantly so any issues can be phased out quickly and privately.
