That skin was designed specifically for a fixed display, therefore by altering it to display in a fluid state visually you are left with a ton of empty space. You will come to learn, that empty space when not used for a specific purpose, is not good.

it looks nice and clean
maybe align the member login to the right.
get your title fixed, i can see the url in the title.
get a favicon that flows with the skin
add a description to your forums, it will fill up some of the empty space that SHiFT stated in his post. just a sentence will do.
remove this button (its useless linking to your own forum). the less buttons you have, the better.
maybe remove the 'most used thread tags' (at the bottom)

overall 7/10.. would be 9.5/10 once you fix some things.
