It was made for someone based on his preferences, but afterwards, he didn't liked it, so I'm selling the PSD.
The PSD is with me only and I haven't given it to anyone else. The buyer will receive the PSD on payment
He can resell it, modify it, whatsoever, but he must NOT remove my copyright information. This PSD will be sold only once and once. Also, after sending you the PSD, I'll delete it from my PC/Server and so I won't be able to provide you once again. So its totally your responsibility. The buyer will also get the Icons used as in a separate folder so that the coder doesn't have to cut the icons from the PSD itself.

but it can be made from the base. The coder can do that.
