difference between warez hosting and warez linking

Warez linking is when you link to warez downloads and you don't host is. eg Rapidshare Links

Warez Hosting is were the stuff is kept on your server so your responsible for it.
 
you mean. sites like warez-bb, pornbb are warez linking sitess. i mean most of the forum who have rapidshare, hotifle,megaupload links are warez linking sites, which are common warez.
 
Correct. Most sites are warez linking. Very few sites are warez hosting. For hosting you need good servers which cost a lot of money.

yeah, am planning to start my own site. if I have all kinds of contents in my warez site, which cheap hosting should i go for?
and does hostbeyond allows these warez linking, nulled vbulletin forums etc?
 
many thanks to all for support. but what if i dont want to spend beyond $5 a month. which one to go for?
also in hostbeyond,piratesolutions, am i allow to to use nulled vbulletin or IPB. and will it create any troubles for me(staying in India).. cause i got little scared after reading legal section here..
sorry for my kiddie questions but i am really new to hosting stuff
 
there's No/less trouble ..obviously you cannot get warez hosting within 5$..
yeah ..hostbeyond and pirate solutions allow nulled scripts...but they wont allow you to store movies,appz etc on their servers...
if you need warez hosting get a dedicated server in iran :P
 
no. actually i want to start warez linking. hence i asked the difference. i was thinking warez hosting and warez linking are the same thing. but now i am cleared. i want warez linking same like other sites.i will be linking rs,mu,df,hf etc.. thats it, no files on servers.

yeah, also about hostbeyond,piratesolutions.. is linking xxx stuff allowed?
