Just install HyperVm or SolusVM . If you are going to sell then SolusVM is good as its more user friendly . If you are just doing it for some other reason then HyperVm will do the job too

HyperVM should not be used anymore. Period. After the serious issues in the past with it, and then the developer killing himself, it's totally possible for it to still have bugs.

OVH also only has a custom kernel available in there various builds. You can not "Just install HyperVM or SolusVM" onto a OVH server. It will not work. You will need to do a PXE install over there custom builds.

Actualy Desiboy told me that vnc install works on the server, he did it on the server 3 days ago, but last two days it is not working. we tried 10 times, using ovh default partition also.

mmuyskens , let me explain

first we installed CentOS from OVH with default partison. then we modifeied the grub and downloaded the vmlinuz and intrd as described on coldabhishek's tutorial. so after restart the serever must boot into vnc install , but it didnt.

r u able to install xen and create vps on it. all guyz use openvz on ovh . IP setting used on openvz routed one, but with vmware and xen we have to use host only config. which is the problem, because ovh give failover ip from different subnet

I've never used Xen on OVH but I don't see why you couldn't get Xen working. It's just like any other server once you get a vanilla OS on it.

because the server dont have HVM enabled it. But Desiboy says that it will work with out HVM. But I am unable to see option to select iso from XenCenter. Even tried OVH Disto Citrix Xen Server 5.5 . It is made by Citrix as a OS+ Xen . And we can use a XenCenter console to connect to it. but that also not working , showing HVM issue. So i am pretty much sure that XEN wont be working on ovh server until its a server with VT Processor and VT enabled on BIOS setting.

What are the specs of this server?

edit; what is the output this?
if XEN is not installed; egrep '(vmx|svm)' --color=always /proc/cpuinfo
if XEN is installed; xm dmesg | grep -i hvm
