Hiring Designer for EASY job

Since I broke my PC and switched to mac, I have yet to find a working Photoshop download, cause who would actually buy it :P
Can someone JUST cleanup my logo?

Time To complete (estimate):

• 5 - 10 mins tops

The current Logo:

My wishes:

• Make the colors basically the same, but tweak the shades of colors so it shows up well, also change size if needed.

• Make background completely transparent so it will work with every style on my site.
• currently it flashes, i would like that REMOVED please
• and last but not least, under in smaller text, i would like it to read the following... " Redefining Warez "

What I will pay:

• if you want money for such a easy job then id do TOPS $5...
• Id rather, post 50 uploads on your forum or DDL.
• ADD your LINK, & BUTTON to my forum, on each and every style.
• If you have any other requests as a trade than let me know, i'm very open minded

Edit: Well i attempted to load your site,to be able to get some kind of idea of teh color scheme you are using,but site wasnt loading. Here is a quick try i made just from top of my head. If you get the site up,or have colors (background of site etc) that you would prefer feel free to PM me regarding any changes you want. I do not need any uploads or anything such as that, i generally ask $5 for logos/banners etc
