is that the user cant get the payment until Jan 10 or just this running month ?

It's fine for me (or I can say its only option for me as paypal closed their service towards file hosting sites) but exchangers take minimum 7.5 dollars every time to exchange webmoney to paypal

They will.
DF is one of the old and trusted websites.
They usually pay in 3-4 days after request.

Btw.I definetly switched to Wm as they support answered me that they themself dont know when the Payza problem will be solved.So to anyone whoos still waiting for payment on Payza "Dont waste your time!" you will be payed within two days no waiting when changing to Wm.


But do not forget to change your payoff info through ticket on their support!
