Not only companies and & moderators can do...
There are also real persons out there which are owning this pictures and may themself reporting...do you have an agreement with all amateur producer of your pictures or vids?
I had lots of real persons requesting an take down.
Would youlike to see somebody posting your girlfriend naked all over the net and even earn money with?
In old time was not that easy doing an report and succeed with it but now any file host delete files pretty fast.

Well i can say i have several files blocked also as they been reported, amateur files only.
So far i still can request my payout as DF also can see i am not dealing with DMCA's in general.
I do not understand why ppl shouting here scam host after they have uploaded massive amounts copyright protected material, just normal that a file host who want to survive theses days have to take step and ban users (and of course not paying them).

Still i see lots of uploaders using DF uploading Hollywood stuff and professional porn productions
and after they get banned they come here and crying about how bad is DF :facepalm:

If the amature files were suspected underage

OR

Amature files can be copyrighted, even after the fact they been on the internet for years, yes. Just because it is/was amature doesn't mean it can't become copyrighted.

Usually when you get too many DMCA´s in short time they send you a mail telling you that your files being removed.After the second mail you get banned.That was exactly the way to my first ban at Deposit.After that ive changed my upload strategy and im working with Deposit in peace :sun:.But you newer know what tommorow brings right?

lol I don't undestand also! DF is not a scam host, just they want to survive in this business and get out users who upload DMCA's files. EASY! Thanks again for show your experience. It's relevant! ;) In a few days I will make a payout of big amount to my payza account. I hope get it correctly!

DF always pay on time. But my acc banned without dmca warning last week... Maybe i didnt notice... :o so sad

^ i got several payments from DF but if your files get too much DMCA they will ban u on ur next payout :P they are a good host only you guys suck who cant hide their links properly :D
