you know what the problem is ? all users receive DMCA on their accounts, no exception but the one who sends the DMCA is the important factor here. if its some famous and big movie company with strong support they would like to avoid getting head to head with them on a court so uploaders who upload such material are to be banned for the safety of DF, and on the other hand if the DMCA sender is some individual who does not want his personal work uploaded and poses no danger to them then they will just delete the work and leave the uploader be ! if they banned every single DMCA receiver they should have deleted atlest 90% of all accounts by now!
i cant say Porn is safe but i have seen tons of people who have had their account banned due to uploading American porn !

still to asian porn & non american porn
stay away from brazzers and all those big american porn company
i know people that upload porn with hotfile & making big money
and im scared to even do it, cuz im afraid of the account being banned

Damn! Banned. But what is important I randomly checked the files that I've been upload - they all are working - so what is going on? I wrote mail to support - we will see if I can get back the account. If not - sorry - need to go somewhere else :/
