There is no law, no doubt the "law" is the change in policy (found: here) on reddit to ban any subreddits that focuses on suggestive or sexual content featuring minors.. Of the subreddits removed, much of the content was extremely borderline child porn and had comments/titles such as "Yummy", "Sexy girl in bikini" featuring young (~10 year old) girls and even rules on the subreddits saying "No older than 12" etc. etc.
/r/jailbait (and now these other subreddits) were taken down for the sake of preventing websites like SomethingAwful (and churches, etc.) from labelling reddit as a cp-harbouring website.
The 18/19 year old girl thing that you heard is absolute trash.
EDIT: Thinking about it, that "new law" may be ACTA which would shutdown many websites, including most of the free porn sites because they contain massive amounts of pirated content.
If you prefer amature porn rather than professional (and what is supposed to look amature) then reddit is a good source for pictures and even videos posted by members.
this thread got out of proportion and totally misunderstood.
I'm talking about pron, warez and new restrictions on the internet which were basically legal and now all of sudden they're not. then sopa, then acta what's next?
