I did something similar to that (being Mr. Taco in the conversation), but it was a random phone call I got. After the call, I looked up the phone number, and there I found a marketing tactic acting behind the number. By the way, the phone call explained that I won a price, but I did not or could not remember signing up for any raffle draw or contest, so it felt weird, and I played along.
