Hello All,

We'd faced heavy DDoS attacks in the past 3 days (before tomorrow) and we had to move hosts due to this and it took some time for the hostnames to resolve. This led to the downtime since we do not share the IP addresses of our servers.

With regards to the Mini RDP constant reboot, we are checking it thoroughly and will resolve the issue soon. Please do write back via ticket for any further queries / issues.
