Hi,

Yes, but I would suggest you go with the NL Regular Premium 1 plan for better performance. We have noticed high CPU usage from Thema sometimes and hence would suggest you to buy Premium plan since the server is better capable to handle such loads.

Update: One of our Regular RDP Server is down due to an abuser abusing up FUP bandwidth. We are working with the DC to identify the abuser and getting the server back online. It may take up to 24 hours to get this done, please hold on until then. All tickets have been replied to. We will send out an e-mail about this soon.

Server was up on 1 Nov 2014 as promised. There was no need to spam the thread with messages. It took 6-8 hours more due to weekend, we apologise for that. Although there was no fault of ours in it.

We will provide appropriate compensations tomorrow since this is weekend and none of my team works. I was caught up with personal stuff and hence could not do it.

You created a ticket as soon as server went down and we got it rebooted immediately. What's the point in cribbing here? You could crib here if the server was not rebooted immediately.

Kindly do not post technical issues on sales thread unless we do not provide answers / resolutions on time. Else, I will report your posts for moderator actions since it is against rules.

What do you mean you do not have access? What is the ticket number? Unless your account is suspended for non-payment I do not see why you would not have access to the server.
