I guess no one will provide loan for you.
Even a hosting company don't provide money back guarantee on dedicated server.
How can loan to be possible? (It's better ask from your friend instead of wjunction member)
If you really need it.
Go for BrustNet, $1 for 1st month only, follow by standard price from 2nd month.
$1 for first month can be consider as grabbing a free server.

@justice90: Doing that would be the most stupid thing in the world. BurstNET is very good, but they would suspend his server after a few days. If you would have read a bit better, then you should have seen that they say that you can only fully resell to a 3rd party and you can not use one for yourself.
