Hi, I am looking after a host to buy a Dedicated server with. The specs should be something like or better than this;

320GB hdd
Intel (2 core CPU)
4 GB ram
100Mbit uplink
5TB traffic
1 IP IPv4(Also include price for more IPs) and 10 + IPv6 Ips. (If you have IPv6 avilable..)
cPanel + WHM inlcuded in the price. Or I will need a 35$ discount so i am able to get cPanel / WHM..

All this for 95 Dollar monthly. I will maybe buy for 3 months in advance.

the location should be in Europa or US.. I am able to check other location also.. Please add your TOS (Not allowed part)..

I have been looking at Worldstream.nl and Kimsufi (resellers), but I don't like France so much as a location..

Have you thought perhaps about getting a large, powerful VPS server instead? The savings you make on the cPanel license would mean you could purchase a larger VPS. You'd also get the benefit of high availability (if you go down the cloud route!), better disk performance (provided you choose a quality provider using hardware RAID arrays) and generally a better quality of hardware.
