I would go with a VPS if you have that low of a budget for a box. You can find some really fast VPS hosting if you look in the right places.

You cant host adult site on a windows dedi i guess if its rdp u wanna use it as and a windows license alone will cost 20$ max. The specs u asking will cost u around 300$ from a decent provider..1gbps unmetered for 40$ is merely a joke else u'd be a clumsy alien just landed on earth looking for a savvy resting place. lmfao
