MHost/Hosting.ua are in Ukraine, but they often ban your server after two DMCA notices sent directly to them (

I have found other Ukraine hosts in the past which deal with DMCA better. A popular torrent website located Ukraine uses http://server.ua/ try them, I'm sure they've had many DMCA notices sent to their datacenter

Edit: "two dmca notices sent" - I mean per month.
