i am open for the cloud hosting provider (would also consider dedicated server as alternative if I am unable to find cloud provider) who will be able to provide:
- up to 128 gb's of ram
- up to 64c
- fast nvme ssd's
- a lot of bandwidth

additionally, it would be able to either ignore takedown requests because we won't be hosting any video content on our servers and we won't be taking anything down. for their sake, we will be using several proxy servers in front of the machine, but it may get some requests from the proxy provider.
alternatively, if there is no such cloud provider, we could accept the offers for following server stack:
2 servers:
Intel E3-1270v6
64GB RAM
2x960 GB SSD (with hwraid)
1gbit/s dedicated port
1 server:
Intel E5-2630v3
128 GB RAM
4x480GB (hwraid)
1gbit dedicated port
please understand that budget is not an issue here so we can negotiate it. payment via bitcoin/ethereum is preferred
