Site looks ok, however skin is tending to be used quite a lot.

Link in "Useful Links" DeamonWarez, links does NOT exist.

You will have to place Katz button in header should you wish to submit.

Unable to register due to not being able to see Image Verification image!

-Make your board index title something good for SEO like "FileServe Megaupload Hotfile Downloads" instead of .::DeamonWarez::.
-Get a favicon
-The forum is actually setup better than most people do with new forums, good job :)

sarcasm aside, you might want to rethink the color choice for your overall design. Dark and purple don't go together. Switch to something light. People who are a fan of dark designs won't have much trouble viewing light. On the other hand, those who cannot bear dark, will also be pleased. Win win situation there ;)
