RO VPS 2. i formed at ur mention placed. i wanted to know this 1. cpu load acceptable 2. dmca policy. 3. also RO VPS 2 has 500 GB bandwidth not unmetered.
 
will you help in site migration?
I would also need few changes like truetype fonts to be installed etc will your staff help me in doing so?
is your vps managed or unmanaged?
 
Managed VPS is $15 extra per month. Once you have paid that $15, you get unlimited assistance and requests for the entire month. You can request for us to stop billing you for managed at anytime.
 
Can you refund me as requested yesterday I don't have time to play games.


Yesterday you said the VPS was not responsive due to a Layer 7 attack. (not even being about to wget a RPM is a piss take)

After asking for a refund you say I brought the node down, I didn't even have a webserver running and load was 0

I wouldn't that strange. I would call it a different support member replying who was not fully aware of what was happening. I was told through notes that this happened but a simple typo made it seem it was you that bought it down.

Theres two ways this can go:
1. You co-operate via support ticket and support ticket only (this is not a support thread) and get your service, plus an extended time period.
2. You chargeback, loose your service and your money because you purchased a virtual service/online product and because it is intangible, the transaction is not covered by paypal buyer protection.

To me, the answer is clear. If you do choose option one, let me know via support ticket. Please keep any further discussion to support tickets.

Why can't you refund his money?
It seems like he didn't use your service and you false accused him about taking down the node, saying that that accusation was made by a typo..
So you expect him to understand that a mistake have been made.
Well sometimes mistakes happen and it seems like Gavo ordered your service by mistake, and you should refund his money in good faith.

Also please don't hide behind statements like "You chargeback, loose your service and your money because you purchased a virtual service/online product and because it is intangible, the transaction is not covered by paypal buyer protection."

If you run a business you should understand that being able to leap over some made up rules and refund a huge sum of I'm guessing here $xx will be good to your business and other people here in WJ community will be happy to work with you if they find your a down to earth business man.

Showing good faith to your customers by swiftly refunding them no questions asked will bloom your business.

I would have been happy to if he was not rude about it and brought it here for no reason. Also threatening to chargeback. You will be refunded in the next business day. Now, no more of this, please.
