Do we still need a back link to be added, a load of non-english or not working sites have been added without linkbacks :O

Yes the same rules still apply. We will filter out the sites that have no backlinks soon.

I personally posted on kaskus.us, and i got good downloads, but ok.. i removed it from the list.
If you search for non-english sites, this is the right place for you.
Also, added some new DDL sites.
