I have the Domain : superddl.info

Its been lying around for a while.. Anyway i have decided i will create a DDL Site.

Anyway... I have no idea how to make a DDL Site

good luck man with ur project but u want to set up a new warez site?
i think it will be so difficult i suggest u to set up another thing with ur domain what about reviews and articles about newest games with a great gfx like frames contain the date of release and so>. i think it will be a good idea and u will have more visitors...

ddl actually means "direct download links", so whether it is used with a CMS or a forum or a blog, any site can be a ddl.
