You can go with either WCDDL or DDLCMS. If you are familiar with PHP, go with WCDDL otherwise google DDLCMS.

if you are looking for an "install and go" script go for ddlcms but if you want to make something different start with wcddl

go for wcddl.. its fully customizable and many mods are also there.
