DB Import Error

Hello,
i am trying to import a database of sixe 15 mb to new server via import option of phpadmin.
While importing i am getting tis error http://screensnapr.com/v/FTywUM.png

Help pls..

I don't know how much more blunt it can get, You need to create the database, then click on it in phpmyadmin then import it, I prefer never to do it via phpmyadmin, It's always much better doing it via ssh, try importing a 6gb sql file via phpmyadmin, won't happen, If you still can't figure it out, pm me I'll have my boyfriend do it, he's a sql expert at these things.

Thanks people, I solved it now, (I didnt created a new database that time)
