Smokers stress smoke. What's not to understand?

Okay lets try this again: I tried smoking before and it didnt help shit. I was still stressed/worried or whatever I was feeling. You only *think* it helps because thats what others say, but I say its absolute bullshit.

I'm not saying it helps long term. It's more of a short-term release. Like when pressure builds up in a tube, you let some of it release...hear that little shhh of air leak out. It's bard to explain. It becomes habitual. After years and years of doing it, it's hard to break. Not saying it's right or makes sense to non-smokers. Somebody who has only smoked straight for a year or two may not understand.
