okay here is an statement for our users:

- Our actually Providers need us to move to another Provider that means we are experiencing many Bugs and Errors at this moment.

Please delete all your Files with 404 Errors and "still pending" on Converting. Reupload your Files it should work now better.

Please pay attention, that we are actually moving our Servers, that means we can not guarantee for Downtime/404 Errors. We are really keeping an eye on your Files, so that they did not get deleted.


And again: Payments need to wait some days because we are moving actually the Servers and had fixed our eyes on our Serverfarm.


Please reupload if still on convert status or 404-error. i apologize for this error. Now if we delete files due of DMCA Reports your earns would not decrease.

I think i'm having a deja vu with a lot of other hosts that i've worked for, they all go through this stages and end up in the same way, finding excuses not to pay, in my case for nearly a month, i really hope this time i'm wrong.
 
thanks for making that clear for us deniz. Please update us if ever things will be back to normal again and you are finish with your server transfer. Thanks again for this update.
 
@ilovepancha dont be so worried.

My worries are because you told me three different payout days, and i'm still waiting for nearly a month, so until you pay me of course i'll be worried, and hoping that what you say is true.
 
alright this is quite a pickle.
as hard as i try i cant figure out how to solve this issue on such a massive scale.
for me its 750 files scattered amongst working ones.

any chance the re-uploads could get assinged the old links via md5?

if not, seems like the only way for me is cut my loses and start again - can you wipe all the files i have uploaded since 02/03/2013, or should i let them time-out?
 
deniz.. Still my money is deducted even when we delete files. And the file I deleted was actually showing a 404 Not Found error. Lost 0.35 dollars. I have screenshot below to show it. I have already more than 20 files showing that error. And I am not deleting any of them for the fear of another money deduction :(

Hope everyone else will be careful before deleting there files. Wait till they get a proper fix for this.

That's real sad if our earnings are going to be deducted like that.
Every uploader understands that you have a self-coded website & the possibilities of bugs are higher than the already established scripts like xfs etc. But please make the Payments on time atleast so that the uploaders too have something to feed their trust on the site. In spite of so many bugs, payment problems we have never stopped using your site. So when the problem is currently in the servers and site-bugs , why don't you process the pending payments ? The Paypal problems were solved already !

Last time you said that there will be payments on Wednesday, but Thursday too is already gone & there are hardly anyone who received their pending payments. I am too , waiting for about 10 days for the payment but didn't receive & there are users who have been waiting much more than me. The Euro/Dollar confusion too is not rightly redressed.
 
I know will do my best to put a stabiltiy on the payment.

Normally if now files get deleted the earns sjould not decrease.

@ernestgaskin : man thats fucked up no one file works??
 
Hi denizandrian.I have daily dmca files deleted and some of my earnings too but thats not a problem.You make the right and delete these files and earnings.You must be right with the DMCA copyright.My only question is you will keep paying us in dollars?My last 2 payments was 200 dollars(149euro).They should be 200 euro.Why this happen?I am not complain i just stated the fact in this situation.
 
well, its just one third of the files. thing is, i rarely handle files one by one. working in bulk, i can index & spread links in hundreds per hour. if i was supposed to work one-by one, it would take me days to process all of these.
due to the "bad apples", i should not be spreading these links, as it would get me (both of us, actually, your server too) the bad rep. though on some places, i did already spread them - therefore, those links are actually active, but not reaching the full potential of visitors.

performance-wise, its more reasonable to cut the loses and go on, eventually re-uploading the same content. the downside of this is about 600gb taken up on your servers - 600gb that gets views, just not all the views it could. i guess the decision is yours. if youre ok with that, then lets just let them time out. if not, i will have no problem with you wiping these.

k, im resuming uploading in the agreed bulk rate.

just one question - do the videos have to be resized when converted? it gets almost unwatchable if the source is 4:3.

and just out of curiosity, about the currency change: are you just gonna change the currency, therefore essentialy decrease the rates, or will you go 4 usd / 1k?
 
we will get the rates from 3euro per 1k to 4usd per 1k. Its a curreny change we had to make.
I Hope we will pay out every user on this coming Weekend.

Please you had know that we are really working all the day to make this service here stable.
as you know we are serving powerful hardware and server, not any dedicated servers for 100-200USD.

We are working here with our own Serverracks and farms. Thats why we want to fix every things.

I hope tomorrow and the start of next week, will be a much better. i really apologize for this waiting time, lovely users :/

its horrible for me and my team if we are only had bugs and much errors, because we worked very hard to get this project online.


i hope i can serve you in the next days with better news and hopefully a full functionally afilliate area, without any error.

dont worry about sales and your earns, if everything is done we will work that errors with our users out and set up a direct privat message function into datacloud.to :)

Thanks you deniz for your kind words we all know the problems that a self made script have.We trust you.About the rates now i have 4euro per 1000downloads.This is 5.7 dollars.I will get 4 dollars as the others or the 5.7 dollars that are 3 euro?Let me know about that.And also about the 2 previous payments will you convert them and you will pay the rest of the money of these 2 payments?
