Been using PHPrunner and Scriptcase both seem to have advantages and disadvantages but neither offers a perfect solution, anyone, been using anything else or spent time using these two programs. Both have quite poor support.

php is a real programming language, if you want to build websites or apps by dragging and dropping, like the tools you mentioned, then you are looking in the wrong place.

learn Zend or any other php course, derek bananas on youtube has great courses.
work out what you want to build, mindmap it, then build it from git and codepen etc.
