However, I have used Daemon Tools Pro before, but required a reboot.

PowerISO, MagicISO, and UltraISO (Pretty much all the same program) all Commercial Software and requires a reboot.

but, the company who creates, MagicISO creates - MagicDisc which 'Free' not commercial software, doesn't require any reboots to mount and you have load as many Virtual Drives you need (Avg. user is about 1-2) don't need any other software.

I try to stick with 'Freeware' applications if I can, unless it's worth buying.
 
Ive used alcohol, daemon tools, poweriso and others too. They all do the job.

Just use which ever one that takes up the least memory on your pc and still runs smoothly.
