Well, according to the International Border Laws, you cannot torture a civilian in no man's land. Bangladeshi bull buyers go to India to buy your cows and then they sell it in the local market.
The transportation system is not good, as you can Google it, hence they have to come to Bangladesh by foot. The border gates are opened to them for this. Now tell me, why would you open your gates for trade, and then beat up the tradesmen?
Why would you build a dam, that will strangle a nation with drought, and will take away water, which is a basic necessity.
Why would you surround a nation which pose no harm to you, with barb wires? Why don't I see this being done with the other neighbouring nation, Pakistan? Pakistan shares borders with you too, but why not do this with them also? Is it because doing so will get you guys butt raped with a nuclear war?
The point is not the cyber war, but the reason why it took place and like all the Indians, you guys just reacted typically like ignorant fools and are ignoring the main point here.

Honestly, a murderer and a rapist should be given the most severe torture which humanity cannot agree.
For Example:
Make the criminal nude.
Male/Shemales - Cut of the penis. Put red chili powder. Cut of their fingers and put them in hot salt water. Keep them open under the hot sun and don't give them water to drink. Let them die. End of story.
Females - Insert hot pointed iron rod in their vagina. Put some salt in their mouth. Keep them in open. Let them die. As simple as that.
If these things are done on a serious note, I believe one would think 10-20 times before raping or murdering anyone.
Also, if I were one of those military person. I'd seriously shoot that Bangladeshi smuggler on site. I'd think a bit before shooting as he is doing a crime and there should be no mercy for criminals if found guilty.
