How much can cost for example theme with custom likes/dislike, like 9gag or cheeseburger. Also I need to get in touch with people who are can do this. Or premium themes please PM me.

why not design one yourself and get it coded to HTML then to WP?
or can you not design and want someone to do the whole thing for you?
