Buying Custom vb Skin

After trying to contact a numberless amount of designers, and coders I figure it will be easier to make a thread.

Currently looking to buy a custom VB skin for securewarez.net The skin should be a darker style (not extremely black).

Please provide,

- if you can design a psd (a quick 2minute preview of the final out come will help alot)
- if you can code a psd
- price

If there is a good designer and a good coder both will be hired.

a little price, 15$ it's ok (i can customise all table if it's necessary, ~ 80 templates)

but i work so one week is necessary for coded completely a difficult skin

for a light skin one or two day
