hello everyone , im looking for a vb style designer to make a cutom sking for my forum ( VB 4.0.2 ) , well i wont pay money but can give u VIP or Respected rank in my forum , + lifetime rapidleech acess

You can learn everything for free, why would someone spend his precious time, make you unique skin and code it for free? Some small things as modifications or w.e can be done for free, but no one is going to design and code you vB skin for free when he can get $150-250, time is money.

Note: Respected Rank won't cover it, nor rapidleech access, even If someone offered me V.I.P at Warez-BB I still wouldn't do it.

^^ well said , 1 thing i want to add , money is not big problem for the person who know how to make it online

as im doing , im running a hacking forum no ad revenew no adspot , no donations bar till now

so im giving all server expenses so its mean im earning from somewhere
