I need someone who knows basic css to do next things for me on my footer:
- add 5 title links on the up part of my footer (look like menu titles)
- add 3 links on the bottom and 2-3 icons that change hoover(bit stylized links will provide example so you can copy code, graphics are ready)
- background to my footer (there is already background to the up section I want another on behind my footer,have the graphic)
