update your server with hldsupdatetool which will update it to protocol 48 and then install meta mod and dropto which will allow protocol 47 clients to connect

in this way your server will be dual protocol and everyone will be able to play.
 
I downloaded CS Source and trying to add your (Ash) server and also zAAz's server, but failed. Nothing happens :(

But I am able to play online on other servers. wtf is this?

:o .. you had to download cs 1.6.
and Cs 1.6 servers will not work on Cs source
so download cs 1.6 buddy :|

are you joking? protocol 48 (steam) is much more stable than protocol 47 (non-steam). however there is a highly unstable protocol 48 version of nonsteam which is hardly used by 1% people.

if you only keep your server protocol 47 then steamers will not be able to join ur server

Error :
LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C).

check: sv_lan "" if its 1 change it to 0 or if its 0 change it to 1 :p
