Terrible support and service, all my previous payments to a hosting provider never had any issues and now that for a first time the payment did not reach them for some reason now they blame me saying there is a malware on my pc? the blockchain and the exchange i sent it from shows all confirmed

A different platform did the same thing to me once and turned out that they stole the money.
