Cross Browser Compatibility Issue

Hi Guys,
I am using Wordpress with Thesis Theme with a good Skin.
I have done everyting fine. Site opens too good in FireFox, but showing some problem in IE(8) or Opera.

Is there any way to resolve that easily.
I have tried the reset code at top of CSS also, but it makes the Site font too large and started showing horizontal scroll bar.

Is there any plugin for Thesis or Wordpress which can solve it easily?

Hmm maybe if you post the Link someone can take a Look. For IE there is also a plugin like firebug for firefox, it's called firebugger. With it you can change the css code on the fly to check out what's responsible for the problem, when you find out you then can change it in the sources.
