how do refund to you?

the held payment can't use on refund,so I need another sent myself money to u?

then me also didn't get my previous payment too,please use pm teach me.
 
One more time, I'm sorry about that. Our Paypal account was limited so it can not receive refund payment at now, so if your Paypal payment is hold now, please send us an email with all information to admin@crisshare.com. As soon as we finish fixing the server problem, we will send you a 50% payment via WMZ.
 
Please be patience, we will fix all issue asap. For payment, all request will be done tonight. Please give us some time and believe that we're here, we're not plan going anywhere. Please trust us and continue working. Thank you!

Yes we fixed it, we also purchased a new server too, will have it live in the next 3 days. Anyway all pending payments have been paid. One more time, I want to say "sorry" to all of you. Thank you for be patience. And please shot me an email to admin@crisshare.com if your payment is hold by Paypal. Please include your Paypal account full name, email address, your CrisShare username and WMZ purse.
