I download the file to a PC that has a connection of 400 KB / S.

The file is downloaded in less than 10 seconds with a speed of 9.8 Mb / s and 10.2 MB / S.

How is that possible?

i am sure this is not a bug from my end or watsoever. You might wanna check your end ? Because that bin file is just an empty dd generated file.

I tried from Switzerland and France.

It's the same thing, I download faster than the connection of my provider.

this might be weird but what he says is true ..

i downloaded the file via firefox and it was so fast that i wasn't able to take a screenshot .. but when i added the file to idm i got my real download speed ..

i don't get it myself ...

You get normal speed with IDM, whereas with Firefox it completes in like a second or two :unsure:

My normal download speed is 800-850 kbps

But when i downloaded this file it was only 20 kbps

Well i live in Dubai, and like the OP stated, the server is in singapore....

It finished downloading in less than a second or two :O

hi,

the server is not in singapore. It is in U.S Kansas City under Hurricane Electric backbone to be precise.

I seriously doubt and do not see the need of why i need to recreate the 100mb bin file as it is 100mb as mentioned. It could be our ISP backbone burst speed for all that matters. Which should be a good news for you.

I have already ordered a VPS from one of your competitors.

He guaranteed that you could install it, but it is not possible.

There is TUN / TAP, but there is no iptables or other things needed to install openvpn.

Can you guarantee me that this is possible?

What is your refund policy?

most of our customers are using openvpn on the VPS (openvz). Tun/Tap will be enable upon request. So does PPPD if you require it to. Just open a ticket. =)
