we have started offering OpenVZ VPS plans starting from USD20/year for basic VPS plans. We are Singapore based provider where we offer web design and hosting services since 1998. I bought this VPS for 2-3 days. Untill now everything work fine. :)
Admin response ticket quite fast (ask him to install OpenVPN).
