Create cloud server

Hello
Is there any option to to sell cloud server like vps?,
like we can create many vps from a single dedicated server (openvz,xen e.t.c.).
i think cloud server is a group of servers it cab give good uptime and cpu power so we can able to buy(rent) such group of server to create cloud vps like vps.net ?

Most if not all cloud services are made up of a bunch of clustered servers which use resources equally in a hardware enoviroment kind of like raid can use multiple hdd but this is servers in whole..

Now to sell a entire server you would just be selling a cloud container kinda like a xen vps.
