I would like to hire some one who can create a complete forum for me.

For this I will pay 10$ via Payza or webmoney (Preferred)

Guest can't access the forum without registration.
Registration process with invitation code
Hide And Thanks Mod
First Five to 10 Post must be approved by a mod or admin
Theme - Black Background with yellow text

This is what I need and many more. I will give you more details in PM.

Note : If I need anything more after coming month he must be help me. For this I will also pay.

Suppose that I need 5 or 10 more thing to implement in a month I will pay for 10$ for that month and after 5 month I need more then I will again pay 10$ for that month.

For the modiffications you requesting, the price is low for me.
But if you dont need these mods, i can do for $10 and you will have one year hosting in that price. I can give you links on mods where you can downlod the mods you requesting. thx

without these mods I don't want to run my forum. How much you need for this job. Mention please.
