Hi I have a problem with counting my earning and would like to know why people would advise to upload only 200 + files on fileserve...

Lets say I have 204 mb to upload, I normally split them into two so I can get like 102 mb each and if a free user d/l it on tier A, I'll get about $15 for every 1000 downloads. So:

(2/1000) * 15 = 0.03

But every says that I should upload it as a 204 mb file so I would have $20 earning per 1000 d/l:

(1/1000) * 20 = 0.02

^ The one above gives me less earnings, but why does everyone recommend it?

Is my computation wrong? :(

Yeah some people suck at math.. If you upload 2 files of 100mb you will get $30 instead of $20 like the 200mb... But i will just hate you more because i don't have a premium account! :P

Lesser the number of links more chance of getting Your file download by free user
Note that only unique download per ip from premium user counts

Ah yes but I usually only have like 200 - 300 mbs of clips so I prefer splitting them with 100+ mb rather than 200+ mb

If I do post movies larger than like 2 gb then I split them to either 400+ or 200+ mb cause 100 mb wont be d/l lolz

thanks for the answers :D
